To do that, just go to the "History" section, as you would if you were to delete it. The main difference is that instead of choosing the default option, click “Manage all history” located on the right side of the screen. By clicking on this option, you will be redirected to a new window where you can manage various aspects of YouTube history.

The first tab shows the current status of your history, that is, how it is being stored. Here you have the option to stop maintenance. You can also choose what content you want to continue saving, such as Chad Email List searches, videos watched, or voice activity. The other option in this tab allows you to periodically delete videos from the history.

Accessing this option will open a new menu. From this menu, you can choose how often you want to delete watched videos from your history (or whether you'd rather not delete them). By default, this is set to occur every 36 months. If you prefer to remove them more often, you can choose periods of 3 or 18 months.
